Why do I receive payment reminders?

Read here what those emails are that you receive in your inbox.

2 weeks before your service expires, an invoice is automatically created by our payment system. This is also sent by email.

If your server expires and no payment has been received yet, multiple reminders will be sent. These are those invoice reminder emails.

If you don't want to renew your service, you can cancel it in the client panel.
